Job description
Lead accountant for portfolio of properties. Review and analyze monthly financial statements. Tasks include general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
Requires AA degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience, and five (5) years of relevant experience. Experience with Appfolio Property Manager software and property management accounting background are pluses.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
