Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proficient Office Manager/HR Administrator who can efficiently manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office and HR functions, ensuring the efficient handling of all administrative tasks related to AR and AP.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing office operations and HR functions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a keen ability to multitask. This individual will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing daily AR and AP activities, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Overseeing office operations, including managing supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handling HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and benefits administration
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and external stakeholders
- Answers basic HR/Benefits questions; refers employees to regional HR support
- Works closely with Operations Director and President to answer inbound business phones
- Performs general office duties to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies and to support management.
- Maintains office supplies inventory.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.

- Bookkeeping/Finance Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
