JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily compiling and reporting of all lodging, food and beverage and transportation revenues and receipts generated daily at the Grand Canyon South Rim.

Responsibilities:- Compiles and inputs data into Excel spreadsheet of daily revenues and receipts from all non-retail operating units.
- Distributes food & beverage backup and reports to the Food and Beverage Auditor.
- Distributes cashier over/short backup to the Auditor Specialist.
- Prints and distributes daily reports to the Assistant Controller.
- Maintains for general ledger input a month to date file of all recorded sales and cash data.
- Inputs daily advance deposit data.
- Maintains a filing system of daily night audit reports and backup.
- Maintains daily information on Maswik meals for reporting to Park Services.
- Picks up daily deposits from operating units with Fire & Safety when needed.
- Maintains, updates, and revises the sales and cash desk policy and procedures manual as needed.
- Is the back-up person for daily credit card reporting.
- Participates in annual retail inventories.
- Develops and presents to the Assistant Controller any matters requiring approval and/or a decision to be made.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Minimum three (3) years prior accounting experience, preferably in income auditing.
- Excellent computer knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to use ten-key by touch.
- Good verbal and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license.
- Ability to handle and strictly maintain confidential information.
- Ability to lift report binders and boxes up to 40 lbs.
