Sea West Enterprises, Inc. is a small business in San Dimas, CA. We specialize in the design/build of scientific observatories around the world. The applicant should have at least two years of experience as an accounting clerk in A/R and A/P processing. Prior construction experience is a huge plus.

• Tracking and processing of all payments and expenditures for projects and overhead expenses.
• Creating/reviewing or editing purchase orders.
• Reconcilliation of credit card statements.
• 3-Way Matching.
• A/P and A/R processing.
• Charge expenses to the correct accounts by analyzing invoices/receipts.
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Update and maintain vendor database.
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Maintains accounts payable and receivable files/documents.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
