Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 Maintains records of day-to-day financial transactions by validating documents; posting
transactions and reconciling balances.
 Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
 Balances accounts by reconciling entries.
 Maintains historical records by filing documents.
 Prepares appropriate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information.
 Communicates with vendors and employees on a daily basis through verbal and written
communication.
 Monthly closing Journal entries for sales, purchase, AR cycle.
 Prepare Sales tax return and local taxes.
 Perform other duties as assigned by accounting manager.
 Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account information and updates for each call
and/or e-mail received
 Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned


Required Skills and Experiences:
 Strong understanding of accounting knowledge & US GAAP.
 At least 2 years’ degree in accounting & 3 years of experience.
 Proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table is mandatory).
 Close attention to detail.
 Strong ability to analyze information
