We're searching for an Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing +30-50 invoices for 2 clients every month.
• Recording revenue classification entries for some invoices.
• Applying payments against relevant invoices.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
• Preparing revenue dashboard outstanding receivables on a monthly basis and sometimes more than once monthly.
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
• Help in processing payment and direct deposits when needed.
• Respond to emails and enquiries from various inside and outside stakeholders.
• Participate in fulfilling ad-hoc various analyses, as requested or needed.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with QuickBook Online.
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
