I need a CPA that does non public audits, reviews and is expert corporate tax preparer
Must be proficient in linking Excel spreadsheets
Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks online
Experience using Ultra Tax would be a plus

Must be willing to sign a non compete agreement and independence statement and confidentiality agreement .
