Position-Account Specialist
We are currently looking for an Account Specialist/Inside Sales Associate at our office in Hillsboro, OR to join our Strategic Account team. The Strategic Account team continuously handles inquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person, in a timely and professional manner using excellent customer service skills. This position is responsible for
Essential Job Duties
- Manage spreadsheets and data
- Process sales orders
- Quote parts/materials
- Audit discrepancies, locate errors and problem solve inventory issues.
- Communicate on the phone and through email
- Handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Manage and track inventory and order status
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Global Software System (GSS) experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Math skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Customer Service mindset
