Garner Exteriors is an expanding fast paced design/build company that has 20 years of experience in the business. We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to come aboard as our Operations Manager. You will work with our team to deliver a quality product and ensure your clients are satisfied with our services. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Health Insurance and 401K. Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

1) Management of the daily operations of the company. Work with production teams to coordinate jobs, coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment. Oversee the quality control of all crews. Work closely with clients to provide superior customer service and a satisfied customer.

2) Coordinate a successful cohesiveness between the Grounds Maintenance and Landscape Departments in a productive and profitable manner. Work to fulfill commercial and residential contracts.

3) Be a team player and have the flexibility to switch tasks as needed.

We are looking for a minimum of 3 years in management of a landscape/grounds maintenance company and horticultural knowledge and general maintenance practices. Organization and time management skills and MUST BE Tech savvy with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
