We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team!

As an Account Manager, you’ll get to manage client accounts, build and maintain relationships, and work with a team that believes in fun, structure, reward, image, reputation, and stability.

Our ideal candidate:

You must have at least 3 years of experience in the green industry. You are passionate and knowledgeable about residential landscaping and horticulture. You are a skilled communicator, focused on teamwork and meeting deadlines. You have a keen eye for quality control.

The day to day:

• Meeting with clients onsite
• Quality control site visits
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Creating enhancement proposals
• Attending required weekly internal meetings
• Communicating with the production managers & the office
• Staying informed of new practices in the green industry
• Snow removal support during winter months

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary range for this position, $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience – with a commission structure for enhancement sales. We also offer our employees an IRA with a 3% match, because we are invested in your future. This position includes 2 weeks of paid time off, because we understand work/life balance is important. This role comes with a company cell phone and company vehicle as well.
