Unipac Shipping is a full-service international logistics company and we recently opened a new built-to-spec office in the beautiful town of Kansas City, Missouri! We are looking to add an Account Executive to our growing Kansas City team. We are looking for team players with a passion for building and maintaining relationships with customers and a strong commitment to exceeding their expectations.

Job Duties (Account Executive):

• Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers to gain new business opportunities for our major revenue channels in ocean and air freight forwarding, customs brokerage, inland transportation, and warehousing and distribution.
• Identifying and qualifying both Company provided and individually generated sales leads and logging sales effort updates into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Scheduling appointments with existing and prospective customers to share industry knowledge, offer trade consulting services, and conduct business forecasts.
• Working closely with our Operations, Accounting, and Compliance teams.
• Leading and providing guidance to Account Executive trainees.

Qualifications (Account Executive):

• Fluent in English. Bi-lingual in any second language is a plus.
• Reliable transportation at time of hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
