More Floods is hiring an Account Executive for a full-time on-site role job in Lenexa, KS.

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in qualifying potential new members. Through traditional cold-calling and using today’s sales tools – like social media and texting - you will develop and qualify prospects and advance them in the sales process. We need a high energy, team-player who is looking to advance their sales career to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, email, texting, and social media.
  • Articulate the Company's value proposition to the decision-maker to assess buying interest.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
  • Qualify all cold sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria.
  • Quickly develop superior customer service rapport with prospects on the first call.
  • Qualify clients determining proper fit and ability to enact More Floods best practices.
  • Attend key industry related conferences to generate leads.
  • Manage your referral partners regularly with value-added touchpoints.
  • Meet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievements.
  • Professionally promote our company and brand through interactions.
  • Complete weekly sales reports.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years business experience, preferably in a sales role selling to small businesses.
  • Ability to understand and successfully promote services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold calling.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus.
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
