Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Maintaining Relationships Between Dental Service Organizations (DSO) And The Dentemax, Dental Network Of America (DNoA) And Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Illinois And Montana Dental Provider Networks. Responsible For Continually Cultivate And Help Build Strong Relationships, Ensure The Accuracy Of DSO Data In The Provider Databases And Provide Industry-Leading Customer Service To Help Maintain Network Retention Of DSO's. Ability To Travel, If Necessary. Full Time Telework position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or 4 years of business experience.
• 3 years of client/account service or business experience.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules.
• Experience working independently and achieve objectives with minimal direct supervision.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with analytics
