Behavioral Concepts is looking to hire a dependable individual who is interested in a full-time position in an office setting who can efficiently and carefully schedule, and maintain client/staff profiles on a daily basis. If you have prior experience with central reach, have worked in a position much like this, or have worked with another EMR system, please apply! Below you will find the requirements and responsibility of the position.

1. Job Skill Requirements:

  • Professional phone and communication etiquette.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as word, excel, Adobe, and outlook.
  • Proficiency in Central Reach scheduling platform or other EMR system
  • Ability to use office machines such as printers, laminators, fax, and shredders.
  • Organizational skills
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skills and team focused mindset
  • Knowledgeable in ABA practices and procedures (preferred)
  • Lifting items anywhere between 5 – 20 lbs.

2. Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Opening the office every morning (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Communication with staff and families regarding assignments/cancellations.
  • Schedule staff/clients every month.
  • Adjust staff/client schedules as needed
  • Client intake and referral information. (document submission and required information)
  • Create and maintain spread sheet of staff cancellations
  • Maintain organized office space and light cleaning
  • Occasional shopping for office supplies
  • Creating flyers and other documents for staff and families.
  • Coordinate and set-up new staff with all company equipment and programs
  • Weekly updates and checks to staff schedules (drive time, cancellations, etc.)
  • Send e-mails to parents and staff when needed.
  • Find substitutions for staff or clients daily/weekly as soon as possible
