- Valid ND teaching license

- Strong communication skills to facilitate connection and sharing of thoughts and ideas in multiple formats with diverse audiences

SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL RESTORATIVE FACILITATOR - CHENEY MIDDLE SCHOOL (0.5 FTE)
POSITION: Social-Emotional Restorative Facilitator - Cheney Middle School (0.5 FTE)
TERM: 188-day contract for the 2023-2024 school year
This position is funded through the allocated Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER) and can be utilized for one year. Applicants hired under this grant will not have continuing contract rights.
SUMMARY: The Social-Emotional Restorative Facilitator position is designed to provide school-wide support for social emotional learning and restorative practices. The main focus of this position is to help students work through conflicts and facilitate restorative conversations to improve day to day interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY: Commensurate with experience and education level, the position follows the 2023-2024 Teachers' Salary Schedule for a part-time contract.
WFPS District funds the entire 11.75% employee contribution to TFFR, as well as the 12.75% employer contribution.
