Job Description for Senior Operations Manager:

• Manage multiple teams and support their professional development at all levels
• Drive a culture of performance and results through the teams you manage
• Assemble and direct strong work groups for each client

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years 3PL experience
• 8-10 years of management experience
• Superior leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
• Training/Lean Manufacturing experience
• ISO 9001, 13485 and 22000 experience required.
