LSI Staffing is hiring production workers for Smithfield Foods facility in Monmouth, IL.
Smithfield Foods is the world's largest pork processor and the United States' largest hog producer. As a meat processor, you will handle materials using hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment to assist in the processing of pork products.
Perk & Benefits of Production Worker:
- Full time, temp-to-hire position - Weekly Pay

- 2nd Shift - $19.50 per hour
- 8 to 10 hour shifts
- Monday through Friday with some Saturday work
- $80 bonus pay with perfect attendance per week (rules apply)

Job Description includes but not limited to:
- Must be able to work around animal blood and/or carcass parts, sanitation and cleaning chemicals, and strong smells/odors
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement such as grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms
- Must be able to process packing orders and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to adapt to change and stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to 12 hours
- Must be able to carry, lift, bend, push and pull objects/loads within the facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a cool environment.
- Must be able to withstand cold and hot work environment.
