Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. is looking to hire part-time cleaning positions in Coralville. Positions take place in a medical-office facility that is operational 24 hours a day. Work is constantly performed around the client, so exceptional customer service skills are required.

The facility requires a nationwide background check.

All positions are eligible to earn an extra .50 per hour for attendance and client satisfaction.

Position is 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday (32 hours/week). The position varies between primarily emptying lab trash and general cleaning of restrooms, entrances and break areas. Must be able to lift 40lbs. $17.00/hr. ($16.50 +.50 Performance/Attendance Bonus).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom/locker room cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 25 -50 lbs based on position.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from facilities
• Must have exceptional customer service skills as all work performed with the client present
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must pass a nationwide background check.
• Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
