Job description

Williamson Employment Services is looking for General Production workers in the Niles, MI area.

Schedule:
1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 4am-2pm; Hours may vary, over-time as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operating spot welders and/or robotic weld cells
Operating single stroke stamping presses up to 400 tons
Operating stretch benders and drills that include grinding
G12 inspection, packaging, material handling (fork-truck)
Janitorial duties if needed
Miscellaneous general labor as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Education - high school diploma or GED is preferred
Abilities - working in a fast paced environment, performing all required production system documentation (i.E. Production reports, inspection reports)
Skills - strong communication skills, both written and oral, good attendance
Experience - machine operating, hand tools, production

Physical requirements
The factory is a fast paced environment. Employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects when needed and perform repetitive tasks. May lift 50 lbs. With overhead reaching and bending over.
