Our team is expanding and looking to add a Supply Chain Service Representative / Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.
Supply Chain Service Representative / Customer Service Representative provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Prepares customer service summary reports. Coordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Develop the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. Other duties include:
- Load EDI releases from customer, run PRP, schedule production plan to floor
- Answering customer system tickets and emails in timing matters
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of customer products
- Review daily releases and update excel PRP (examples)
- Check customer release by daily and make sure delivery parts on time
- Sales forecast and give a heads up to production of monthly trends
- Preparing presentation to the customer for coverage plan if there is any shortage
- Corporate and support customer needed
- Complies with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards in accordance with the PTI Employee Charter and the Occupational Health & Safety Act
To be a qualified candidate you must meet the following:
- Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP with a solid understanding of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, product lifecycle management, procure-to-pay processes and supply chain operations

- Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key
- Bilingual Mandarin is plus
