Pool Troopers is currently hiring a full-time Start-Up Specialist to work in the West Palm Beach area.

As a Start-Up Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying services sales opportunities for new and prior customers.

Start-Up Specialists may occasionally work outdoors and will be trained on pool cleaning and chemical services. During slow season, Start-Up Specialist’s maybe responsible for the maintenance and service of pools.

Job Description:

· Acquire suitable residential reoccurring service customers.

· Re-acquire returning customers.

· Reach out to sold accounts and AR cancelled accounts, with the intent to re-activate service.

· In the slow season, specialists are required to assist branch managers with any supervisory related tasks including route coverage.

Applicants should be proficient in the following areas:

· Pool chemistry and circulation

· Equipment pad operation

· Basic computer literacy

· Proper communication skills

· Excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records).
• Prior pool service experience
• Prior sales experience
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Pay: $800.00 - $850.00 per week
