GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is assigned to the HVAC crew, however this classification may perform a variety of semiskilled duties in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or drywall. Assists certified or licensed workers with their tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Additional years of related education may substitute for years of experience
- Position requires a valid driver's license
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in areas such as concrete, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or drywall
- Assists certified or licensed workers with their tasks
- Maintains, services, and conducts repairs on buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds
- Operates trucks and assorted power equipment
- Performs related work as assigned
