Job description
General duties and responsibilities are as follows, but are not limited to:
- Prepare parts, products and other items for shipment following established procedures for packaging, crating, boxing, bundling, wrapping, strapping and labeling.
- Inspect freight upon arrival for signs of damage.
- Pick correct parts per sales order from specific inventory locations.
- Issue and receive inventory as required.
- Make deliveries in a company vehicle
- Operate forklift and other equipment to move parts and to load and unload trucks.
Computer skills required
Valid driver’s license required
Heavy lifting is required
Proficient use of carpenter tools would be helpful
Overtime and after hours work may be required without notice
Position is a first shift full time job- Hours of operation 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
