Your Role and Responsibilities

• Helping our top Industry-leading clients with their SAP Digital Transformation journeys with your deep experience in SAP and Industry
• Advise and Implement SAP HCM Transformation projects
• Collaborate with global teams and partners on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver solutions
• Innovate, Design, Build, and Optimize solutions to help clients build intelligent enterprisesIf you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $123,740 to $296,980 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
• If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, Leading HCM Digital Transformations & providing Solution Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP HR modules( PA, OM, PD, & PY ) - and related technologies such as ABAP programming language
• Participation in a minimum of 4 SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Implementation preferably global rollouts
• Minimum of 2 integrations between SAP (ECC / S4 HANA) and SuccessFactors
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Forms and Processes SAP Payroll SAP Time Management SAP Organizational Management and SAP Personnel Administration
• Extensive Hands-on experience in Learning Management, On-boarding 1.0, Performance Management Goal Management, Succession, and Recruiting Management
• Experience in SAP US Payroll implementations, SAP Payroll Schema, and Rules

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• SAP BTP Integration Development Experience is a huge plus
• Expertise in Fieldglass implementation
• Experience working in a larger consulting organization
• Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
• Thorough understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
• Exposure and knowledge across other Functional Modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, WM, OTC, etc.) is a big plus
