Job Description:
About the Role:
Treehouse is looking for a motivated and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our supplier integration team. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for addressing supplier escalation issues raised by material planners, supply planning managers, and other internal parties within the organization. In this role, you will help solve immediate problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable resolutions. You will also focus on data analysis, master data maintenance, creating and maintaining supplier scorecards, and providing ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1-3 years of procurement, supply chain, or logistics experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguous tasks
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role located out of our corporate office in Oakbrook, IL on a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote). There is approximately 10% travel requirements for this role.
