We are currently in need of a motivated and driven individual to fill our Medical Assistant position in our Beverly Hills office.
We are seeking a certified Medical Assistant to join our fertility clinic in Beverly Hills. This position is full-time, 9am-6pm working a rotational weekend schedule and some holidays are required.
Pay Grade Data $19.39-$25.20/hour
How You'll Contribute
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Rooming patients
- Obtaining urine samples
- Obtaining cultures
- Submitting lab information,
- Setting up IUI, HSG and HSS procedures
- Assisting IVF coordinators
- Providing patient follow up
Who You Are
- A successful candidate would have superior customer service skills, be organized, possess excellent time management skills, and have great attention to detail (both written and verbal).
- Must be self-starter and be quick on your feet.
- Experience at an IVF center or in OBGYN office is a plus.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.
- Experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- If you have prior experience working for a fertility clinic or OB/GYN practice you will be highly considered for this opportunity.
