Marketing Manager

Chuckanut Bay Foods is a privately held commercial bakery in Blaine, Washington. We specialize in making handmade, all natural desserts. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic teammate to help us market and sell our desserts across the United States and Canada.

Job Duties

• Brand Strategy, Positioning, and Management - Manage all aspects of the brand from a consumer and customer perspective
• Research, Development, and Deployment - Coordinate with all departments to ensure continuity of brand vision and forward project motion.
• Artwork - Work closely with our team to create effective artwork and packaging.Work with 3rd parties to facilitate this process

Create artwork and label design
Coordinate all photography and manage 3rd party photographers including scheduling, attending shoots, and payment.

• Building Brand Plans - Develop and update selling and marketing materialsFacilitate an annual plan and update these plans every trimester
• Consumer Trends - Research and stay ahead of consumer trends
• Digital Responsibility - Manage company website and all social media presence for Chuckanut Bay foods including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Private Label - Facilitate the creation of private label packaging including proofreading, coordinating, project management and development
• Label and Nutrition Updates - Manage label and nutrition updates and coordinate across departments with purchasing, QA/QC, operations, and sales.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years experience in CPG Marketing
• Experience with project management
• 3+ years Graphic Design Experience
• Digital Marketing and Website Management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
