DESCRIPTION:
Nouria Energy is a fast pace, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 155 locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Manager who can work to ensure systems throughout the company network stay maintained. Typical responsibilities include:

• Oversees and manages all aspects of maintenance
• Source / negotiate rate with new vendors
• Train / build morale / dispatch work to in-house technicians
• Visit sites to ensure in-house / 3rd party technicians are properly making repairs
• Oversee third-party service technicians, invoice approvals
• Control spends and manage budgets for all aspects of maintenance
• Assign & Follow-up on work orders in the maintenance tracking system
• Responsible for ordering parts / equipment and managing inventory
• Compiling list of equipment and recommended replacement
• Setup and manage preventive maintenance schedule
• Communicate to all levels of company
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Solid organization, management and planning skills
• Working knowledge of retail / c-store industry
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week with rotating on-call schedule for weekends and after hour emergencies
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• Team Player and Leader
• Good oral and written communication skills

This position will require time spent in a Corp Office environment with time in the field hands on working with in-house technicians, training, developing a solid team, meeting with vendors, and ensuring Nouria standards are being met and exceeded.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
