Level 3- Maintenance Worker

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will perform maintenance and repair services of facility systems including mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The primary emphasis of this role is to perform a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Knowledge with HPDC is preferred. If not Mechanic experience in stamping industries, plastic injection mold, auto mechanic.
• Hydraulics and PLC experience is a must.
• Pneumatic Troubleshooting Experience and Understanding of High-pressure Manifolds.
• Crimping of High-Pressure Hose, Welding experience is a must.
• Work with stock room in maintain critical parts list.
• Change filters, grease fittings, Filter hydraulic per schedule.
• Know how to hook up and operate Robomat.
• Hoist and Fork Truck Experience is a must.
• Troubleshooting Experience with Proximity and Limit Switches, E-Stop Troubleshooting, able to read electrical drawings.

General:

• Help mentor less experience employees on the job.
• Should be flexible on weekends – on call.
• SMED team member

Credentials

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Fully skilled in one or more trades (433A Millwright preferred)
• Two or more years of experience
• Basic welding skills
• Knowledgeable in different controls (i.e. Fanuc, Siemens)
• Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting servo motors, drivers, encoders etc.
• Able to read and understand all codes and regulations
