Southern Management Companies is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as lifeguards this summer. Lifeguard positions are available at various SMC communities throughout the MD and VA area.

Multiple positions available in the MD and VA area:

• Prince Georges county
• Montgomery county
• Baltimore City and County
• Virginia - Multiple counties

Responsibility of a lifeguard?

Lifeguards spend summer at the pool and get paid to do it! They also keep the pool sparkling clean, while encouraging the residents and patrons to follow safety rules and ensuring an enjoyable summer for all. And of course, they’re fully trained to prevent, recognize and respond to any issues that might come up.

Job requirements:

• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Must be able to meet the minimum swimming requirements for American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
