Welcome to your new role driving global demand generation. We’re creating a new team in the Revenue Operations business to drive the strategy and content for persona and industry-based campaigns across the entire product portfolio using a “One Oracle” approach. This is a unique opportunity to engage across the entire Oracle business and have a material impact on multiple sales organizations.
You will work across multiple teams to understand the go-to-market priorities of different business units and our development road maps. With this knowledge you will synthesize themes and messaging that position Oracle’s entire product portfolio and match them with key issues in the marketplace. You’ll partner with a Campaign Delivery Manager to drive global assets and a sales enablement bill of materials to all regions and business units. You’ll monitor the effectiveness of your materials and optimize your work drive toward specific demand generation goals.
Objectives:
- Understand global go-to-market strategies, pipeline and ARR goals and their relation to key compelling events in the business landscape.
- Identify common compelling events across regions and business units that can mapped to global campaigns for demand generation.
- Create content that can be executed globally or activated in specific regions by field marketing organizations by providing chapters for “One Oracle,” GBU, applications and technology messages.
- Work with a campaign delivery manager to understand global asset, event, and digital content requirements.
- Partner with sales, product and the campaign delivery teams to identify public relations, analyst relations and customer reference opportunities.
- Leverage dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of global campaign execution and listen to qualitative feedback on performance from business and sales stakeholders to make necessary adjustments when required.
- Drive “One Oracle” messaging through internal and external distribution channels including Oracle.com, Sales Acceleration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a business development or marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional project management skills
- Ability to communicate and work across matrixed teams toward specific business objectives.
- Clear presentation skills and comfort with executive engagement
- Experience managing to sales and marketing performance metrics
- Knowledge of how technology and business process changes materially impact business outcomes
- Deep industry or persona knowledge preferred.
- An understanding of how product marketing, content and campaign execution work together
- Comfort working in a highly adaptive and unstructured environment
- Experience leveraging Wrike preferred
