We're seeking a therapist to see child, adolescent, or adult clients for outpatient counseling. If you have a niche...great! If not, generalist providers looking to further refine their practice are also encouraged. Applicants should share our vision centered around equality and social justice, client care, and increased access to services. Allies in Wellness is a grassroots, multi-family owned private group practice.

We have a high priority for therapists specializing in gender and sexual minorities, adoptees and foster children, neurodiversity, and school age children.

This is true contract work - you decide how many clients you see, where, and when, consultation meetings are voluntary, and support is there when you need it. Allies in Wellness provides EHR, telehealth platform, referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, and administrative support. We love what we do and we'd love you to join us! We have voluntary bi-weekly case consultation and an amazing team of dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable clinicians. Some members of our team also offer ongoing specialized training. Ideal candidates want to take advantage of a team environment that enhances personal and clinical growth.

Requirements:

• Licensed in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Minimum caseload of 10 clients seeing at least 5 per week, a portion of which may be Medicaid clients
• Work in our Rockledge or Melbourne, FL offices (or both), and/or a hybrid of the two
• Professional liability insurance
• Knowledge of Medicaid compliant documentation a plus (training is available)
• Eagerness for continued education and development to be informed of evolving best clinical practices.
