The Hospital Manager Facilities Management will work for a fully accredited acute care hospital known for offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialities within their 200+ bed community medical center. This full-service regional hospital primarily services people from the north central areas of North Carolina and the Southside of Virginia. The hospital is proud to implement the most advanced technology, state-of-the-art facilities, and innovative simulation labs. The Hospital Manager Facilities Management will support a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for managing budgets, purchasing, maintaining records and update-to-date filing systems, updating policy procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Hospital Assistant Director Plant Operations & Facilities Management will also assist with developing programs to increase efficiency, assist with new hire education, and be the department liaison for the organization.

The Hospital Manager Facilities Management will have previous plant operations and facilities management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting. Additionally, the Hospital Manager Facilities Management should hold their valid drivers license and stationary engineer license with previous specialized training in physical plant operations (plumbing, electrical, boilers, chillers, and other HVAC components).
