• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR or UCDH-issued CPR Certification
• One (1) year experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Ability to read and write in English language.
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and/or mouse to appropriately utilize healthcare systems for documentation, communication, training/education and completion of schedule.
• Oral communication skills to effectively deal with patients, visitors, patients, and staff.
• Ability to maintain courteous, tactful relationships with visitors, patients, and clinicians.
• Ability to adjust workload under changing conditions.
