Division of Youth Services Strategic Goal: The Division will operate safe, healthy trauma-responsive organizational environments as demonstrated through prosocial, non-violent interactions between staff and youth, youth and youth and staff and staff.

Specific Duties Include:

Meal Preparation and Service: Ensure that food is properly prepared, attractive, appetizing and of proper temperatures. Follow menus and recipes or ensure that youth follow menus and recipes in order to comply with the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program and DYC policies and procedures.

Youth Supervision: Provide direct care, safety, security and supervision of adjudicated and/or pre-adjudicated youth in a locked setting to include the on-site kitchen.

Minimum qualifications:

Four (4) years of food service experience

AND

High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.73 - $29.51 per hour
