Title:

Applicant will be primarily responsible for Program Planning and Control for the HHPC Contract. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and provide project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
• Develop price/cost estimates utilizing established pricing concepts and applications.
• Prepare forecasts using program resource estimates with appropriately applied rates and factors.
• Track, trend, forecast and analyze subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Review, analyze, and audit monthly subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Assist in the production of the NASA 533 and/or other financial deliverables per contract requirements cost variances.
• Knowledge of project management, scheduling and control account planning concepts.
• Application of FAR, CAS and government accounting standards.
• Assist in developing presentations and reports for internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 0-2 years minimum related experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills.
