The Best Western and Comfort Inn in Cambridge, Ohio is currently accepting resumes for the position of General Manager.

The ideal candidate must have prior hotel management experience. The candidate must be a hands on manager with a “can do” attitude. This is NOT an office management position. Candidates with previous Best Western and Comfort Inn Hotel experience preferred. Applicants must have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays. Our business is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Below are several key qualities our ideal candidate will have:

1) Experience in increasing hotel service scores

2) Experience in leading and motivating a team, management & line level alike

3) The ability follow both Brand & Company policies and procedures

4) Past experience in working with M3 accounting system

5) Previous experience in creating & maintaining a guest experience through line level associates

6) Stable and progressive work history

Every weekend

Rotating weekends

Weekend availability

Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate

Would like to have:

Best Western GM certification

Comfort Inn GM certification

Pay: $44,766.09 - $53,911.86 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cambridge, OH 43725: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel management: 4 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 4 years (Preferred)
