Requirements of Customer Service Rep 2
- Answer customer calls
- Comfortable with De-Escalation
- Answer questions regarding product, and order status
- Read and interpret notes to customers.
- Meet or exceed the minimum performance standards.
- Good time management skills
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual
