We are a growing construction company that specializes in home renovations, finished basements, bathroom remodeling, deck installation, and major carpentry throughout the home.
We are looking for an experienced self-motivated individual that has a minimum two years experience with referrals to fill the position of a laborer . Long-term we do want to become a bigger company so we are always looking to expand and to grow.Most of our work is in Lancaster County, and Berks County where we try to keep the work within a 45 minute radius of Ephrata. The qualified candidate must know how to read a tape measure, have experience and be efficient using power tools, easily trained and good at taking directions. Is a problem solver and can do well under pressure. We hope to find someone that has some carpentry experience, drywall experience is a bonus, the ability to know some plumbing/electric is also a plus. We are hiring a 1099 employee, (once our company grows we will put employees on payroll, but start off as a sub contractor; you will be able to write off at the end of the year all of our tools/work clothes/milage/etc.)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
