Job description

We are seeking energetic and experienced call center supervisors to lead and develop a team of 15 to 20 agents. As a supervisor, you will go over metrics with your team, help develop and coach your team and ultimately be accountable for the success of your department. You will also assist customers with questions regarding their collection orders. Although this is primarily an inbound call center, you may reach out to customers as well. Excellent communication, desire to please the customer, follow through, problem solving, and decision-making will be critical to being successful in this position.

Preferred skills:

• Must have 2 years of recent management experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office, Data Entry and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus!
• Must have ability to multitask and have attention to detail.
• Collections experienced preferred.
• Must have a positive, friendly attitude that translates to the customer over the phone.
