We service several facilities in the Louisville area! CNAs will not be required to transport patients outside of facilities, however, must still provide a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance during interview.

Responsibilities:

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: monitoring, feeding, linen changes, transportation
• Assisting doctors and nurses with tasks in facility; adhere to designed treatment, monitor vitals and daily documentation

Requirements include:

• Must enjoy working with seniors in a fast paced setting and/or have experience in long-term care
• Minimum of 1 year documented in-home experience, or staffing experience is preferred; *must possesses a current CNA Certification to work in a long-term care facility
• Must have personal vehicle, driver's license, and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screen
• Ability to pass a criminal/FBI background clearance including no recent DUI's
• Valid identification and social security card/ Must legally be eligible to work in the US
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified CPR and negative covid and TB skin test or chest x-ray/* CPR, TB, and covid testing provided or administered by BrightStar
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
