Job description

This is a temporary custodial position for about three to six weeks. A great way to get involved with Horizon Services for future positions!

Cleaning technicians / custodians will clean and stock restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash, and other tasks related with general cleaning.

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to) :

• Custodians clean and stock restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash, and other tasks related with general cleaning.
• Identify and communicate potential safety policies and procedures relating to custodian's performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
• Follow custodial procedures for the use of chemicals cleaners and power equipment.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
