Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Jackson, TN - Seeking a hands-on, 'walk the floors' type CEO for this position

Company Highlights: B ehavioral health hospitals providing inpatient psychiatric treatment for children and adolescents ages 6-17 that provides continuity of care with an onsite residential treatment program for children and adolescents ages 12 – 17.

What you'll need to qualify for this CEO position:
5+ years Behavioral Health CEO experience

Acute free-standing children-adolescent mental/ behavioral health setting experience is required

Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field is required.

Must be familiar with TN Codes & Regulations

Experience with financial, budgets, etc.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and build collaborative relationships within complex networks, including referral sources and external patient care partners.

Strong results in orientation, ability to prioritize efforts towards key results, utilizing innovative approaches to teach, coach, mentor, and delegate effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A committed focus on clinical excellence, building a patient-centered culture

Collaborative leadership style, building strong working relationships across the facility and corporate teams; modeling and holding staff accountable for working with honesty, integrity, discretion, and privacy.
