Job Description:

Serve as lead points-of-contact at contracted help desk and carries out help desk activities and responsibilities, including preparation, execution, and record-keeping related to timely response of phone, written, and in-person inquiries. Conduct information dissemination activities. Also serve as points-of-contact for troubleshooting computer equipment.

Must have relevant experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
