We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee our store operations and help foster a thriving team. We are seeking a candidate that is highly motivated, intelligent, detail-oriented and energized by the challenges of retail management. The Store Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of store operations and ensuring the store remains profitable by providing excellent customer service, controlling inventory levels and sales growth, effectively managing productivity of all staff members and creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership ability.
• Manage subordinate personnel.
• Maintain safety, security, and financial standards of the store.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees.
• Supervise employees working directly with customers.
• Analyze the sales, profit and loss figures for the store on a regular basis.
• Analyze customer needs and respond to them.
• Supervise the inventory management of items for sale in the store.
• Plan work schedules for employees.
• Directly train new sales personnel.
• Unload truckloads of merchandise weekly.
• Must be able to use a manual pallet stacker to gaylords of merchandise off of a semi truck.
• Make daily sales posts on social media.
• MUST be able to work at a fast pace and ensure all staff members are productive.
• Balance cash tills with cashier daily.
• Must have strong problem solving, computer, written and verbal skills.
• Must have previous management skills with references.
