Job description

I am a parent of a son who is currently an undergraduate nursing student. Given the rigor of the program, he is overwhelmed by the amount of work required and needs support.
I am looking for someone who could help him with school homework for medical-related subjects like bio(lab), chem(lab) and upcoming courses like pathology and anatomy(lab), statistics, writing. We do not require a professional, but someone who could work closely with him. My son is very studious but has learning challenges and needs lots of individual attention. We will pay a fixed hourly rate (up to $30/hr pre-tax depending on experience), 4~15 hours/week regularly. Working hours are flexible, depending on which subject you could help with. We would prefer if the person could come to our home in Great Neck, NY. Thank you very much for any help you could provide.
